We provide a comprehensive range of services related to machine processing of metals and plastics. When presenting the offer to the customer, we try to determine the date of the task, and after receiving the order, we guarantee that the deadlines will be met. We can design: tools, instruments, gauges and other types of devices and parts according to your requirements / guidelines. We use CAD and CAM programs from renowned brands.
One of the basic and most popular services offered by our plant. We work on CNC milling machines and conventional machines.
The second most common form of machining in our company, right after milling. We offer turning on CNC machines and conventional lathes.
Another type of processing that we can offer you is grinding. We perform grinding of both plane and cylindrical surfaces and, in some cases, conical surfaces.
Thanks to this method, we can make above-average accuracy of details and process extremely hard materials - e.g. sintered carbides, steels with a hardness much higher than 60HRC.
We also have a laser marking machine (fiber laser). We provide surface and deep markings on any type of metal and selected types of plastics.
